The UNTAMMED Latte

The perfect way to start your day nourished

Ingredients:
  • 1-2 shots espresso (or other coffee of your liking)
  • 8 oz cup raw milk
  • Maple syrup to taste
  • 1 serving of Wild Nectar
Directions:
  1. Grab your favorite cozy mug.
  2. Add Wild Nectar to empty mug.
  3. Add Maple syrup and mix until a creamy eggy custard forms.
  4. Brew your coffee (we love it with espresso).
  5. Pour coffee* over the Wild Nectar custard and froth.
  6. Froth milk to desired texture and temperature*.
  7. Pour over coffee and enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop Wild Nectar
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk (or honey to taste)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice
Directions:
  1. Mix Wild Nectar and sweetened condensed milk in bottom of glass
  2. Fill glass with sparkling water and stir gently to combine
  3. Pour over ice and serve

Pro tip: For extra creaminess, use cold sparkling water and mix thoroughly

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz milk (we like ice cold raw milk)
  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 1 serving of Wild Nectar
Directions:
  1. Pour milk into blender
  2. Add banana to blender (Pro Tip: break banana into 1 inch pieces)
  3. Add serving of Wild Nectar
  4. Blend until desired texture* (just add more milk or banana)
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy

  • honey to taste
