How our subscriptions work

UNTAMMED offers products on a recurring subscription basis. When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. The delivery frequency, quantity, and recurring charge are shown on the product page before you order and are confirmed by email immediately after you subscribe.

All subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

How you'll be charged

Your payment method is charged at checkout for your first order, and automatically for each recurring order on the schedule you selected. Your payment details are stored securely. The amount and date of your next charge are shown in your account at any time.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, effective immediately, using either method below.

Online (fastest): Log in at untammed.co/account, open your subscription, and select Cancel. No phone call or email required.

By email: Write to hello@untammed.co and we'll cancel it for you.

By SMS: Reply to one of our texts and we'll cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges. Orders already submitted for processing can't be cancelled, but may be returned under our Refund Policy.

Changing your subscription

From your account you can also skip a delivery, change your delivery date, change flavors, or pause your subscription without cancelling.
