How Does It Taste?
Earthy. Slightly savory. Tastes like real food, because it is.

How To Take
Add your recommended amount to 8 to 10 oz of water, stir well, and drink. Most people have 1 to 3 servings a day.
Your exact amount is printed on your pouch. It's usually about 2 teaspoons, but it shifts a little by flavor since we use real food, not a lab formula.
No plastic scoop included. We left it out for the same reason we left out the artificial stuff.

The NO-List
NO "Natural Flavors". Under FDA rules, one "natural flavor" can be a blend of flavor compounds, and the solvents and carriers mixed in don't have to be listed. We use real fruit instead.
NO Stevia, Monk Fruit, or Sugar Alcohols. No sucralose, no erythritol, nothing zero-calorie standing in for fruit. Four of our five flavors have 0g added sugar. Berry Sweet has 2g of organic cane sugar, and it's on the label.
NO Maltodextrin. A processed starch used as a filler. It doesn't count as sugar on the Nutrition Facts panel, so a mix can carry it and still say zero sugar.
NO Artificial Dyes. No Yellow 5, Red 40, or Blue 1. The color comes from the fruit, which is why it's never neon.
NO Preservatives. No sodium benzoate or potassium sorbate. That's why we ask you to finish an open bag within 3 months.
NO Anti-Caking Agents. No silicon dioxide or magnesium silicate. That's why it clumps. The clumps are real fruit.
NO Fillers. No rice flour, microcrystalline cellulose, or other bulking agents.

What does it taste like?

Can children drink Mineral Mist?
Yes, for kids over 12 months. No stevia, no artificial colors, no "natural flavors." Four flavors have 0g added sugar, and Berry Sweet has 2g.

How long does Mineral Mist last once opened?
Because we don't use preservatives, finish an open bag within 3 months.

Can you drink Mineral Mist while pregnant?
Many moms drink Mineral Mist through pregnancy and postpartum. It's coconut water, sea salt, real fruit and magnesium, with no stevia, monk fruit, artificial colors or "natural flavors."

Why is it salty?
Each serving has 595mg of sodium from sea salt. That's what an electrolyte is for, and we don't hide it under a sweetener.
Sweet mixes train your taste buds to expect candy. After a few days without it, most people taste fruit and sea salt instead of "not sweet enough."
Why is there any sugar in it?
The sugar in Mineral Mist comes from the coconut water and fruit: 2g to 3.8g per serving, with 0g added in four of five flavors. Berry Sweet has 5g total, 2g of it organic cane sugar.
A little sugar travels with sodium when your body takes in water. It's the same idea oral rehydration drinks are built on.*
